Michael Vara is a Senior Vice President at NAI Capital’s Downtown Los Angeles office. He specializes in multifamily investment sales, retail, office, and industrial properties within the Greater Los Angeles area. Michael earned a reputation for successfully handling sales of off-market deals wherein the sellers prefer quiet transactions for privacy reasons. Michael began his real estate career in 1977. For over 40 years, he has represented buyers and sellers, navigating them through complex transactions and exercising his superior negotiation skills. During the past 10 years, Michael sold over 2M SF of office, retail and residential income properties. In 2016 alone he successfully closed 15 apartment buildings with more than 620 units.
