He has represented Motorola in the sale of a $40 million divisional headquarters; Sweetheart Cup Company in the sale of its 412,000 sq. ft. distribution center; Bay Bank in the sale of a 171,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant; RECOLL Management in a 98,000 sq. ft. data center sale; National Gypsum in the 83,500 sq. ft. sale of their siding plant, Foxboro Corp. in the sale of a 40-acre industrial complex, and Masco Corp. in the lease of a 98,564 sq. ft. facility. In addition, he has represented such clients as Ekco Group, General Electric, Morrison Knudsen, Carol Cable, CBS, Westinghouse and Bose.
