Michael Trapani

Michael Trapani is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Blue Ridge Industrial where he is responsible for the strategic direction, investments, and management of the firm. Prior to co-founding BRI, Michael worked for real estate investment banking and private equity firms where he specialized in equity raising, acquisitions, asset management, and investment sales. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance, Management, and Real Estate from the University of Virginia. Michael actively mentors undergraduate students and young professionals, and is a member of NAIOP and ULI.
