Michael focuses on various retail aspects such as Landlord Representation, Investment Services / Capital Markets, Tenant Representation, Retail and Mixed-Use. Michael has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 14 years and have worked on all sides of transactions including representing landlords and tenants on both the sale and lease side of the business. This gives him a strong understanding of all sides of a real estate transaction. Michael specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to his projects that consistently exceed the goals of his clients. When Michael is not working he likes to spend his time playing golf, traveling, finding new and delicious restaurants, and spending time with his family.
