Michael Thompson, SIOR
Founding partner of Realcorp, Inc. in 1986. Managed day to day operations as Broker of record for 25 years while building a commercial practice. Currently a member/owner of Realcorp, LLC formed in 2011. Mr. Thompson is involved in generating business relationships with Regional and National Real Estate Companies along with Fortune 500 clients related to selling, leasing and strategic planning for complex properties. During his career, he represented Lowes Corporation for 17 years throughout the United States in negotiating sales and leases of their surplus properties. During this period he formed a national alliance of Brokers that remain a significant part of his practice today. Mr. Thompson works daily with National Brokers and corporate asset management teams on strategic planning and problem-solving issues. He is recognized as an expert related to investment strategies in acquisitions and dispositions.
