Mr. Schuler began his commercial real estate career at Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) where he quickly became a member of the prestigious President's Round Table for exceptional sales performance. Mr. Schuler became a member of the Society of Industrial & Office REALTORS®, (SIOR) in 1998. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is the leading professional industrial and office real estate association. SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists Mr. Schuler joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Integrity Real Estate in 2004 as Senior Vice President & Partner. Coldwell Banker Commercial is a leading provider in commercial real estate brokerage services with access to thousands of industrial, land, multi-family, office and retail commercial real estate listings across the United States, Canada and worldwide. Mr. Schuler is a member of the Top Two representing the top 2% of Coldwell Banker Commercial brokers worldwide. Prior to his real estate career he spent 10 years with AES Data Inc. a Canadian based world leader in Word Processing technology as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Mr. Schuler has now accumulated 35 years in commercial real estate with a focus on industrial properties, both sale and lease. He has been involved in numerous complex real estate transactions including, industrial buildings, office buildings, vacant land and design/build facilities. Mr. Schuler is a qualified Private Pilot and spends his free time introducing kids to the experience of flying. He is also the Fund Raising Chairman for The Canadian Owners & Pilots Association's annual Big Brothers/Big Sisters Airlift and Scholarship programs.
