Michael Schaible

Michael Schaible joined Lee & Associates in June of 2009 as Senior Vice President of the New Jersey Industrial Brokerage Division. Having begun his career as an industrial broker with the Charles Klatskin Company in 1980, Michael spent the next 27 years expanding and deepening his skill set in every phase of commercial real estate brokerage, finance and marketing. He is credited with having directly managed the acquisition and/or disposition of real estate valued in excess of $150,000,000.00. Michael’s focus on the northern New Jersey industrial market for nearly the last three decades has given him a broad range of experience and in-depth knowledge of this unique market. Whether as a landlord representative or tenant representative, Michael possesses an impressive skill set with which he has successfully completed scores of successful transactions. Prior to leaving the Charles Klatskin Company as Director of Industrial Leasing and Sales, Michael received his diploma in Real Estate from the New York University Real Estate Institute, graduating with honors and was awarded the Martin S. Sherman Scholarship for academic excellence. Michael was the youngest person ever to qualify for membership in SIOR and is currently a CCIM candidate.
