Michael Sayre

Mr. Sayre joined the Office Properties Division of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. in 1997. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he spent five years working in Chicago as a real estate attorney. A member of both the Arizona and Illinois State Bar Associations, Mr. Sayre specialized in commercial transactional work, acquisition financing, and general project development. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Sayre has represented both Landlords and Tenants in lease transactions across the Valley. Mr. Sayre has worked with numerous local and national companies on relocations, extensions, expansions and acquisitions, including most recently the sale / leaseback of the DeVry’s Dunlap Campus (120,000 SF); the sale / leaseback of Lucent Alcatel’s I-17 Campus (250,000 SF); Western Refining (70,000 SF); Comsys Information Technology Services (40,000 SF); and The Arizona College of Allied Health (40,000 SF). Mr. Sayre is a 1990 graduate of University of Arizona, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Psychology. He serves as President of the Board of Directors of Teen Lifeline (www.teenlifeline.org) and as President of the St. Francis Xavier School Advisory Board.
