Michael Rose

Mike is the Principal Partner and Founder of Location Finders International. LFI is a full service, diversified, vertically integrated real estate development company. Mike is responsible for strategic individual relationships with capital sources for LFI. As Principal Partner, he also establishes strategy and focus for the company and its commercial real estate investors. Mike has worked in all aspects of real estate and development for over 36 years and is well qualified in matching commercial real estate investors with the right property/opportunity. Mike was also the founder and subsequently, for over 10 years, was a board member for Theros International Gaming, Inc., an Illinois corporation with its principal casino in Patras, Greece. Additionally, Mike has co-founded several other successful businesses early in his career which continue to operate successfully, including the Chicago Dough Company, a pizza operation whose first location was in Richton Park, Illinois. Mike also served as a long term bank board member. Early in his career, Mike developed and owned multiple Car-X Service Systems properties in the St. Louis market. As part of these developments, he established long term working relationships with Car-X and the individual operators as well as researching feasibility for locations. In the 1990’s, Mike served a two-year term as a member of the Board of Trustees in the Village of Olympia Fields.
