Prior to commercial real estate, Mr. Rose spent fifteen years in the automotive industry with Mastercraft Leather and Connelly. At Connelly, Mr. Rose started with 20 employees and grew the company to over 150 employees, focusing on business development and all aspects of the manufacturing operation
