Michael Rabinowitz joined Tactix Real Estate Advisors in 2018 after previously working in the investment management industry in Boston. After several hard knock years in the financial sector – both literally and figuratively – Michael turned his investment management skills and financial analysis experience to commercial real estate. By applying his financial background to the practice of tenant representation, Michael is able to effectively analyze deals for his clients, simplify rental structures, easily distill market data, and, most importantly, save his clients money. Michael’s sales experience has also been critical in driving new relationship development and sales for Tactix. Michael prides himself on truly understanding his clients’ business objectives to ensure his clients make smart decisions about their space, aligning their real estate with their core business objectives. Within a few short years in the industry, Michael has had the privilege of representing organizations of various sizes through numerous industries, including by way of example: Blank Rome (Legal), NeuroFlow (Technology), Larimar Therapeutics (Life Sciences), and HIAS PA (Non-Profit). Outside of real estate, Michael is the founder of Giveadelphia, a community organization whose mission is to encourage young professionals to support local non-profits through charity work and unique gatherings held throughout the city. Founded in 2019, Giveadelphia is a platform for those who want to give back while meeting others and being active in the community. Michael lives in Center City Philadelphia, and enjoys spending his leisure time skiing, reading, and listening to music, and will happily discuss any of these hobbies at length with any willing listener.
