Michael Piscoran, SIOR

Mr. Piscoran joined ICG Chicago in 2016 . Mr. Piscoran and his team represent industrial, manufacturing, developers and land investment clients in the acquisition, disposition and recapitalization of real properties. Prior to joining ICG Chicago, Mr. Piscoran was with Cushman and Wakefield’s Industrial and Land Properties group. Throughout his career, Mr. Piscoran has been involved in successful real estate transactions Nationally with a combined transactional volume in excess of $3 billion and covering more than 50 million square feet and hundred of acres. More recently, Mr. Piscoran worked with US Government at the Department of State, managing leased properties and conducting transactions in Asia (China and Hong Kong), South Central Asia, Europe, Netherlands, Northern Africa and Canada. Mr Piscoran possesses secret clearances.
