Michael Pigg

Michael is Partner, Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the financial controls and analysis functions of ZRP as well as the company's relationships with leading financial institutions. He has an integral role in the management of the firm’s capital transactions and financial initiatives. Michael originally joined the company in 2012 as an Acquisitions Associate and Analyst before becoming the Controller in 2013 and Chief Investment Officer in 2016. Prior to joining ZRP, Michael worked in various aspects of commercial real estate for 5 years with The Beach Company. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Real Estate, and he received his Master of Business Administration from The Citadel Graduate College in 2012. Michael is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and he achieved the CCIM designation in 2019.
