Michael Peguero

Michael Peguero serves as Director in the New York City office. Michael came to Katz this year after working at Zelnik & Company, where he represented clients throughout the five New York City boroughs. Michael Peguero has always been passionate about commercial real estate; he was born into the business as the son of a Brooklyn landlord. Michael has taken part in real estate transactions for over 19 years, earning his real estate license during college, and after graduation working at Chase Commercial Lending. He has also worked at the family office to head investment sales, commercial leasing, and portfolio management, as well as at Compass Commercial focusing on retail leasing. Michael is a member of ICSC. He graduated from Hunter College with a B.S. in Sociology. He lives in Greenpoint in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and two children.
