Michael Oliver
Senior Managing Director, NJ Office Co-Head
Michael is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in investment sales advisory in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. Throughout the course of his career, Michael has been involved in more than $4 billion of office, industrial, retail and multi-housing sales. Mr. Oliver joined the firm in February 2007 as a debt and equity analyst. His primary responsibilities were the placement of debt and equity for owners of office, retail, multihousing and industrial properties. While in this role, Mr. Oliver was involved in more than $630 million in transactions.
