Michael Oestreich
Retail leasing and redevelopment executive
Michael joined TLM in 2014. As Senior Vice President, Michael spearheads the leasing and redevelopment activities of the company. Prior to joining TLM, Michael spent 12 years as a Principal with Benbrooke Realty Investment Company (www.benbrooke.com). At Benbrooke, Michael oversaw the leasing of the 2.1 million square foot portfolio, co-led acquisitions and served as an asset manager. During his tenure at Benbrooke, Michael developed and supervised the launch of Pretium Property Management LLC, servicing as its CEO from 2008-14. Earlier in his career, Michael worked a family controlled business called Shopping Center Properties, Inc. whose focus was the ground up development of shopping centers. During Michael’s tenure at Shopping Center Properties, Inc., he oversaw the development of several shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic region as well as launched a third party advisory business. Michael grew up in Great Neck, NY. He graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance & Urban Planning and subsequently attended Columbia University where he earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development.
