Michael Murray

C. Michael Murray, CCIM has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. His background includes financial analysis, underwriting, real estate finance, brokerage, investment and development. Michael has extensive experience with lenders and special services relative to the management, disposition and acquisition of distressed assets. His transactional experience includes leasing office, retail and industrial space, from both the tenant and landlord side; national corporate real estate portfolio management; representation of buyers and sellers; as well as commercial development and investments. At this point in his career, Michael’s focus is tenant and buyer representation and investment real estate. Having obtained his CCIM designation, Michael remains active in the local CCIM chapter and serves on the Alabama CCIM Board of Directors. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University. He and his wife Patricia have two daughters and attend St. Mary’s on the Highlands Episcopal Church in Birmingham. Michael enjoys fly fishing, golf, hiking and his daughters’ extracurricular activities.
