Michael Muljat has been an office agent with Newmark for the past 28 years. Muljat currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the Sacramento office, where he focuses primarily on the exclusive representation of tenants and landlords in the leasing and sales of commercial office properties. He began his real estate career as Rookie of the Year and has since consistently ranked as a Top Performer, achieving several top performance awards over the years. Muljat has developed very strong relationships with many of his clients and has often been called upon to perform multiple transactions on their behalf, establishing “client for life” relationships.
