He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of South Florida and a post-graduate degree in Industrial Management from Karlstad University (Karlstad, Sweden), with a focus on international marketing. Before CRE, Michael worked with engineering firms across Tampa Bay. That operational background, paired with a client-first approach, translated naturally into commercial real estate — where his grasp of Senior Housing operations and passion for investment property analysis now drive his practice.
