Michael Milano

Michael leads his group of licensed professionals, formally of Milano Brothers Builders who have been building custom homes in Monmouth & Ocean Counties since 1985. Michael has over 40 years of experience in selling real estate including new home construction, renovations, sub-division approvals, land acquisition, lease agreements and foreclosures. Michael also has extensive knowledge of Waterfront properties prompted most recently by the events of “Superstorm Sandy” in which Michael recognized the importance of becoming better educated and so began the process by first attending a FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) seminar at the PNC Art Center followed by Governor Christie’s Press Conference in Seaside Heights where he announced the adoption of the ABFE (Advisory Base Flood Elevations), another FEMA seminar at the Seaview Marriott, a FEMA Open House in Toms River, numerous webinars and presented seminars for Diane Turton Agents with one including an attorney, engineer and insurance agent. Michael then went on and developed an exclusive Letter of Interpretation of an Elevation Certificate with a local Engineer, all of which should make you feel comfortable whether you are buying or selling a waterfront home.
