Michael Maltzman
Michael Maltzman, a true Angelino, has proven himself a Los Angeles multifamily expert. Starting at an early age, Maltzman worked at multiple top-tier commercial companies, Starpoint Properties and 4-D Development, to name a few. Upon graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Michael moved back to his hometown of Los Angeles to join the Jeff Louks team at Marcus and Millichap, specializing in Los Angeles Multifamily Investments. Michael spent three years gaining intimate knowledge of the market and participating in over $626 million in transactions. Michael left brokerage to run Bold Partners in Los Angeles. In the three years at Bold Partners, Michael personally sourced over 50 value-add multifamily deals. Michael was able to take the lead in all aspects of implementing a true value-add business plan. Currently, Michael is a partner at Tower Lane Capital, where he continues to hunt down the top-tier multifamily deals across Los Angeles.
