Michael Malinconico

Michael Malinconico joined Newmark in 2018, serving as a Senior Research Analyst for two years before joining the firm’s Industrial Leasing and Investment Sales team as an Associate. Mr. Malinconico brings a deep understanding of the Boston market, including the needs of expectations of its owners and occupiers from working with the firm’s sales and leasing teams during his time in research. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Malinconico served as a Business Development Manager at SVN International Corporation where he was responsible for growth of the firm’s brokerage practice across Eastern and Central United States. Mr. Malinconico also served as an associate at NAI in Greenville, South Carolina focusing on office, medical, and industrial product.
