Michael MacDonald joined the CBRE platform in 2020 as a strategic recruit for the Investment Properties Group, specializing in Office Investment Sales. Michael joins a team that has completed over $1 billion of leasing and sales transactions and is dedicated to providing sophisticated asset disposition services to both institutional and non-institutional owners. Michael joined CBRE after spending several years as an Investment Banking Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Michael worked within the Equity Capital Markets platform at STRH helping clients raise over $35 billion through Initial Public Offerings, Follow-on Offerings, Convertible Notes, PIPEs and a variety of equity linked instruments. During his time at STRH, Michael assisted in the significant growth of the broader ECM platform and specialized in helping clients tap private capital markets through placements of convertible and non-convertible preferred stock.
