Mike Lucero is a 30 year veteran of the fast-casual restaurant industry where his positions as Vice President of Real Estate & Franchise Development established him is an expert within every major real estate market across the United States. Mike represented Carl’s Jr and Del Taco both internationally and domestically and was responsible for tremendous growth at both brands. Prior to joining Springstead & Associates, Mike was at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.
