Michael Liss

Michael Liss is an Executive Vice President with CBRE. His responsibilities are to provide corporate clients with strategic real estate advisory services. Michael brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to the firm, having completed a wide variety of complex transactions totaling more than 8.5 million square feet. His ability to understand the implications of transaction structures enables him to utilize the appropriate resources in order to align his client’s real estate occupancy strategies with the support of their business needs. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Michael worked five years at the Trammell Crow Company where he worked in the Corporate Advisory Service (CAS) group. During this time he was responsible for negotiating commercial leasing transactions and enhancing asset value. During his career, Michael has represented and advised prominent corporations such as American Express, Bank of Montreal, Morningstar, Royal Bank of Canada and S&P Global in various acquisition, disposition and consolidation assignments.
