Michael Lewin

Born and raised in South Florida, Michael has been involved in numerous real estate transactions throughout his career. Michael focuses his efforts on investment sales in South Florida and development sites across the state. Michael has developed a unique understanding of the principal’s perspective and utilizes that skillset while sourcing and negotiating deals on their behalf. With an ability to analyze risk and reward for opportunities across a variety of asset classes, Michael is a major contributor to multiple facets of the Katalyst business platform. Prior to joining Katalyst, Michael has held brokerage positions with other area firms including Colliers International and Related ISG after graduating from Florida State University with a dual major in both Real Estate and Finance. Michael holds a committee position with the Alzheimer’s Association and their annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and is locally involved as a member of the Northwest Progresso Flagler Heights Redevelopment Board. He is an avid golfer and has a keen interest in both urban living and urban development.
