Michael Kolbus is originally from Peoria, IL but started his real estate career in Brooklyn, NY as a research analyst & marketing coordinator for Marcus & Millichap’s New York Multifamily Team. As an investment sales broker, he focused on multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial property sales. In 2023, he joined the Capital Markets Team at Cushman & Wakefield in Manhattan. At C&W, Michael specialized in North Brooklyn mixed-use, industrial, office, specialty projects and development site sales. In 2024, Michael brought his experience back to Peoria and joined his parents at RE/MAX Traders Unlimited where he continues to focus on commercial investment sales & leasing in Central IL.
