Michael Kocur

A graduate of the College of Business Administration at the University of Missouri – St. Louis, Mike brings a passion for financial analysis and valuation to the table in his role as a Net Lease Advisor. Mike’s experience assessing the fair market value of greater than 1 billion dollars in fair market rent studies and triple net leases while working for regional and national accounting firms enables him to quickly understand the needs of the individual real estate investor. With this knowledge, and experience in industrial, multi-tenant, retail, office building, he sets out to find properties in full alignment with their investment goals, timing, and risk tolerance. Three guiding principles drive Mike to serve his clients: Achievement – a drive to be recognized for excellent counsel and service to real estate investors. Honesty – a commitment to sharing all of the benefits, risks, and opportunities for every transaction with openness and transparency in order to ensure the optimal alignment of his clients’ needs. Knowledge – continually learning and deepening his understanding of real estate, finance, and investments. A huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and avid golfer, you can find Mike at Busch Stadium or refining his game at the driving range when not pursing his real estate passions.
