Michael Koch

Michael Koch has over 15 years of diversified experience in commercial real estate. His responsibilities have included leasing (landlord and tenant representation), investment sales, asset management, consulting, acquisitions and dispositions of retail, office, mixed-use, and land development projects. Michael has procured leases with numerous national, regional and local tenants, and has coordinated leasing programs for new commercial developments, redevelopments, and existing commercial portfolios. Michael holds real estate licenses in Missouri and Georgia and is a longstanding member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005 and has been a resident of St. Louis since 2012.
