Michael Kent

Michael joined Stream in 2012 and now serves as an Executive Vice President for Stream San Antonio’s industrial team. With over 13 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael’s primary role includes landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, and development, with a focus on industrial product and land. During his career at Stream, Michael has been an integral part of Stream’s industrial brokerage, acquisition and development team in the San Antonio market completing some of the largest and most complex industrial and land transactions in the market. Michael is an active member of the San Antonio SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) chapter and is known for his deep understanding of the San Antonio market and ability to navigate and close complicated real estate deals.
