In 2005, he advised Rite Aid Corporation in developing a sale-leaseback program focusing on stores located on leased land. Each portfolio consists of stores located on owned land and leased land. From 1997-2000, REF advised Rite Aid Corporation in completing 11 portfolio transactions involving 380 properties aggregating in excess of $1,000,000,000. Since 2008, he has completed numerous sale-leaseback transactions for Patient First Corporation (“PFC”), an urgent and primary care medical provider. In addition, REF has assisted PFC in the successful negotiation/renegotiation of six ground leases for existing or new locations.
