With more than 35 years in commercial real estate, Michael has completed complex office and industrial lease transactions, build-to-suits, building acquisitions, sales, managed national corporate real estate portfolios, tenant improvement construction and sublease dispositions. He provides advisory services to solve today’s real estate challenges and lower occupier’s occupancy costs including strategic planning, negotiating creative leases, early lease restructures and lease terminations. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Michael worked for Cresa and such firms as the Staubach Company and the Shorenstein Company. His responsibilities included in-house development, construction, marketing and leasing of commercial office, industrial and mix-use developments.
