Michael Jensen

Michael Jensen is a Senior Associate on the Acquisition & Leasing team at Phoenix Investors, where he is involved in industrial leasing, acquisition sourcing, tenant prospecting, market analysis, and transaction execution across the company's approximately 100 million-square-foot portfolio. Early in his tenure, he sourced a 13-property portfolio acquisition totaling more than 5 million square feet, and has since helped lease that portfolio to over 90% occupancy and completed dozens of leases across Phoenix's existing portfolio in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, New York, Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas. He also supports Phoenix's entrance into the data center space and continues to work on complex, large-scale tenant requirements across the national portfolio. Michael joined Phoenix Investors full-time in 2022 after completing two summer internships with the firm. He initially served as a Transaction Coordinator and was later promoted to Associate, where he identified and presented potential acquisitions, researched potential tenants, and supported the broader Acquisition and Leasing team before advancing to his current role.
