Michael Herzfeld

Michael has been with Reisenfeld & Company since 2004. He excels at both Tenant and Landlord representation. Michael began his real estate career 25 years ago with the William B. May Co. in NYC. Upon his return to Cleveland in 1989, he joined the commercial real estate department at Associated Estates Realty Company and in 1996 became their primary commercial leasing consultant, responsible for the marketing, management and leasing of over 800,000 SF of retail, office and flex space.
