As an Executive Vice President within JLL’s Dallas Industrial Services team, Michael provides his clients with the full range of services, including tenant representation, project leasing, lease and sales negotiations, market research, financial analysis and strategic marketing initiatives. Michael also focuses on new business development. ?Experience ?Prior to joining JLL, Michael was a Senior Associate in the industrial practice at Stream Realty and Vice President of Corporate Sales where he led a salesforce of 18 for E. Magrath, a division of Nautica Corporation for 10 years, where he led a salesforce of 18. Before entering commercial real estate, Michael was a fly fishing and hunting guide at Vermejo Park Ranch in New Mexico.? Education and affiliations Michael received a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Management from Texas Tech University. A fourth-generation Dallasite, Michael is a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.
