Michael Gochman

Michael Edward Gochman has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years having held senior executive positions with the Rockefeller Group, Trump Organization, CBRE and TechSpace. Mr. Gochman founded and held the position of President and CEO of Gochman Group since 2002. His experience covers many aspects of the commercial real estate business including tenant/landlord representation for both office and retail leasing, investment sales, asset management, project management and structured finance.
