Mr. Fusco grew up around real estate where he lent a hand to his grandfather Jim Bonanno at the Bonanno Real Estate Group which currently control a portfolio of over 1 Million square feet of industrial buildings in Northern New Jersey. The buildings range in size from 20,000 sq. ft. to 80,000 sq. ft. and are primarily used as warehouses and distribution facilities.
