Michael Frost

Michael Frost serves as a First Vice President in the Palo Alto office of CBRE. Michael joined CBRE in 2005 coming from another Silicon Valley brokerage firm. His sales expertise includes the representation of tenants and landlords in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Peninsula office and R&D markets. Since 2000, Michael has completed lease and sale transactions in excess of 2.3 million SF and $630 million in total transaction value. Michael is passionate about energy efficiency and became the first LEED-accredited commercial broker in the Silicon Valley in 2007. He is an expert in green leasing, energy management, LEED certification, and the costs/benefits of green building practices.
