Michael Forster

Forty-eight years of experience in the construction industry. The first ten years of experience was obtained while employed by The John W. Cowper Co. Inc. where he quickly advanced from a field engineer, to superintendent, to project manager and construction manager. Notable projects: Marriott Hotel; NYSEG’s Summerset one-billion-dollar coal generating project; North Star Bank Headquarters; Bethlehem Steel; Waterfront Village, 100-acre office, retail, and exclusive residence development; Two Mile Creek Waste Water Treatment Facility; Niagara Falls Water Treatment Facility. In 1985 Michael Forster started Forster Construction Management and for twenty years provided private construction consulting and management services for some very notable projects. Mr. Forster’s clients called upon him for numerous repeat projects and he became an integral part of many of his client’s decision-making processes.
