After 22 years working as a CNC Machinist/Foreman, Mike Findle retired from the manufacturing industry to pursue his dream of becoming a realtor. In Mike’s first year, 2019, he was awarded "Rookie of the Year". In 2020, he achieved the Silver Award for sales production, and in 2021, he achieved the Gold Award for sales production in addition to the Quality Service Award. In 2022 he achieved the Platinum Award for sales production and the Quality Service Pinnacle Award for outstanding customer service for two consecutive years. In 2023 & 2024, Mike earned the Ruby Award, Top 20 PA Producer & Quality Service Awards. In addition to all of these awards, Mike also earned his Associate Broker License.
