Michael Farrar and related entities over the past 25 years has been involved in the development and/or sale of commercial land, retail, industrial, office, and multi-family communities. His experience and expertise facilitates transactions maximizing land values on some of the most complex development projects. His experience structuring complicated acquisitions ensures sellers monetize the full value their assets, while actively engaging buyers to close escrow as originally contracted. His clients span the spectrum of real estate investors; they include national institutional buyers, private regional merchant builders, high net worth individuals and family trusts. Michael is affiliated with Marcus Millichap’s National Land and Redevelopment Group and National Office and Industrial Properties Division. Michael has served as Town Councilman for Carefree, AZ Regional Council Economic Development Committee of the Maricopa Association of Governments, Board Member of Greater Phoenix Economic Council and member of Valley Partnership’s Federal Affairs Committee and State Legislative Committees. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northern Arizona University, Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and an International MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics in Finland. He also holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License and is a CCIM Candidate.
