Michael Farley

Mike serves as Senior Director, Partner at Boutique National. He specializes in Industrial and Office real estate in Central Florida. He helps clients with off-market acquisitions, tenant representation, and investment sales. During his time at Avocat and CIVIC Financial, Mike has been exposed to various aspects of commercial real estate services, such as landlord & tenant representation, new development, leasing, and capital markets. He is excited to learn more and continue to develop his skills as a commercial broker. Mike is a graduate of the University of Southern Florida, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He was a student-athlete for 4 years while competing on the university baseball team. He likes to stay active by going to the gym and doing outdoor activities like golf. He also enjoys spending time with family & friends.
