Michael DuBois

Michael began his career in real estate in 2003, initially working as the Director of Services for Switchplace Corporate Housing where his primary focus was on assisting Fortune 500 companies in securing short-term housing for their employees. During his time at Switchplace, Michael founded an accounts payable consulting firm, Interlock Sourcing, which automates utility accounts payables for corporate housing companies and big box retail stores. Interlock Sourcing continues to operate successfully today. In 2009, Michael joined, Dallas based real estate investment company, Green Earth Realty where he expanded his expertise in property management and retail leasing. Currently at Pride Commercial Properties, Michael offers a comprehensive range of services, including property management, landlord and tenant representation, and investment sales. He has successfully closed deals for a diverse range of clients, from small tenants to big box leases of up to 48,000 square feet. Michael is dedicated to delivering the highest level of full-service asset management and leasing for his clients, ensuring their real estate investments are well-managed and profitable.
