Michael Doyle, CCIM

Mike is a Fort Myers native and has been active in commercial real estate in Southwest Florida for more than 25 years. Mike has been involved in the disposition of over $50 million in commercial real estate, ranging from single tenant, triple net lease investment properties to large tracts of land for future development. He has extensive experience in the analysis of real estate, with a strong background in the analysis of office, industrial, multi-family properties and vacant land. Upon graduation from college, Mike went to work for a major national bank on their money desk, handling money market and fixed-income securities as well as foreign exchange for commercial clients. Prior to joining LQ Commercial, Mike worked with VIP Commercial as an Advisor for 6 years. He was a commercial appraiser with Hanson Real Estate Advisors for 15 years. He has completed assignments for various clients including investors, owners/users and financial institutions. Mike is a past President of both the Southwest Florida CCIM District and Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP) and a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Florida.
