Michael Dorsey

Michael R. Dorsey has over 30 years of commercial real estate and brokerage experience and has provided an array of professional services throughout his career, including development consultation, leasing, and sales of primarily mid and high-rise Class A, mixed-use office projects within the entire Southern California commercial real estate market. He has served the real estate needs of numerous clients, including major investors, developers and tenants. Before joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Dorsey served as the managing principal of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors Orange County office. Prior to that, he was a top producing salesman for two of the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms, CB Richard Ellis and the former Grubb & Ellis Company. In addition to his transactional brokerage experience, his broad career also includes a seven-year period serving as Sales Manager of Grubb & Ellis’ number one national producing office in Newport Beach, California.
