Michael Dolan
Since receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1979, Mike has worked full time with Dolan Contractors, first as Director of Design, and since 1987 as General Manager of the Company. The firm has been a leader in the area of Design/Build Development and under Mike’s direction has designed and built numerous large-scale industrial facilities as well as several prominent business parks. Mr. Dolan is also the managing partner of various Dolan Group real estate holding companies, The Concordia Group, Green Mountain Associates and several other real estate development and holding companies involved in the development and ownership of investment real estate. Mr. Dolan is also the founder and President of Dolan Company, which are Engineering Design Consultants and a Property Management Company respectively. The Dolan organization also includes our sister company, Green Mountain Construction Company, Ltd., operating in San Antonio, Texas. Although Mike serves Dolan Contractors in various roles, he remains the principle client contact and has primary design responsibility over the various design build projects.
