Michael DeMaria

Michael DeMaria was recruited to JLL’s Agency Leasing group in October of 2010 because of his depth of experience in leasing San Francisco office buildings. On behalf of his landlord clients, Michael has listed over 30 buildings for lease, totaling over 3 million square feet during his 13-year career in San Francisco brokerage. Michael came to JLL from Colliers International where he gained his depth of market knowledge and his unique ability to lease even the most challenging of office spaces, regardless of the market conditions. Michael’s strong connection to the brokerage community gives him a unique ability to invigorate a listing and he and his team always provide the highest quality of service and results to his clients.
