Michael Cournoyer
Michael is a multifamily real estate broker and owner. He founded Rampart Capital in 2023 to help high income earners place capital in stable, cash flowing assets with transparent return structures. To date, Rampart Capital has raised $1.4M and acquired 63 apartment units valued at $4M. Michael is a partner at Vulcan Group Multifamily, a competitive full service brokerage operating in the Southeast. He helps owners to valuate their properties, create marketing materials, and match them with qualified buyers looking to expand their portfolio. Michael is also a Professional Engineer and Navy Veteran, formerly serving as a Federal Project Manager for the Department of Defense. In this role, he oversaw contracting and construction of a $20M high bay facility to facilitate disassembly of a prototype land-based nuclear reactor. During his time in the Navy, he was the lead regulatory engineer for disassembly of three submarine nuclear reactors. Michael prides himself in providing competent service to help investors grow their portfolio and secure their future.
