Michael Coghill

As a Managing Partner and founder of Adirondack Capital Partners, Michael is responsible for the firm’s overall investment sales and client development operation. Throughout his years in the business, Michael has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, and asset management of over $910MM in opportunistic and value add investments. Previously, Michael was a Director at Eastern Consolidated, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of High Street Retail and Office properties throughout the country. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Michael spent two years working at TF Cornerstone as an Associate where he trained and managed the leasing consultant staff, directed rental efforts in luxury buildings, and tracked market trends. Mr. Coghill is a graduate of Siena College with a degree in Psychology. Mr. Coghill is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) , the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Mr. Coghill is an avid backcountry skier and marathon runner. He resides with his wife, two daughters, and American Fox Hound in Rhinebeck, New York.
