Michael has been with the practice for over 25 years becoming a partner in 1999 when he became managing partner of our Burnley office. Michael specialises in agency and development work and is a member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer. He provides advice for a wide range of clients from owner occupiers through to developers and the public sector and has also provided advice in respect of planning submissions and local plan enquiries. Michael has also undertaken acquisition work throughout the North of England for a number of clients and has also been involved in bringing forward retail and residential schemes throughout Lancashire.
